I got my order; how long do I have to exchange it?

You have 7 Calendar days to exchange or return an item from the date you received it. Freebies, or promotional items added to your order are not eligible for an exchange, return or refund.

Can I exchange or return my order?

Weedbilly does not accept exchanges unless the item(s) was damaged in transit or order contains a defective product. Item(s) must be original condition it was received.

What happens next when I ship my order back for exchange or return?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If the exchange or refund is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your cards issuers policies.

Can any order be returned?

Orders can only be returned if purchased directly from weedbillyclothing.com only. Please email weedbillyclothing@gmail.com for inquires on returns.

Can I ship my return with a COD?

Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

RETURN LABEL

Are return shipping labels free?

For all Weedbilly members return shipping labels are FREE. For all other guests, return shipping labels are $6.95. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

I am not a Weedbilly member, can I still get a free return label?

If you purchased as a guest, you can still sign up for a Weedbilly account and receive free return label(s).

I printed my return label where do I ship my package?​

Drop your package off at any USPS or UPS. mail location.

​

I shipped my package; how long will it take?

Once your return has been received by our warehouse, please allow up to 7-10 business days to complete.

Additional processing time may occur depending on your financial institution before the funds appear on your account.

TRACKING YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

You will be notified via email throughout your package's journey and once your refund has been processed.
