My order was placed, when will be processed?

Weedbilly fulfills and process orders M-F 10-5.

When will my order ship?

Our items are expected to be shipped are anywhere from 2-7 days, unless otherwise noted.

How is my order shipped to me?

All domestic orders are shipped either USPS or UPS. Weedbilly only offers US domestic shipping only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

I placed my order but never received it, what should I do?

Please note if you do not receive your package in 10 days-14days please reach out to our team by email @ weedbilly.707@gmail.com for further assistance.

I have not received my package but its marked as delivered, what can I do?

Weedbilly asks that you ship to a secure location. We will not replace orders that have been scanned as delivered. If its been marked as delivered check with the people who may live with you to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.

Weedbilly Shipping Methods:

​

Standard/Ground Order Processing: Allow 2-7 business days (excluding weekends & all U.S. federal holidays) for processing before order ships from our warehouse.

​

US PO Box Shipping:  PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses are limited to only Standard shipping method. 

​

UPS Ground or Expedited shipping methods are unavailable at this time.

​

Delivery Time: Time begins calculating once order has shipped from the warehouse. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update from when the order has shipped.
